Aliment Leads New Series C Investment in OneRail

Since its last funding round in November 2022, OneRail has achieved a 254% increase in revenues and expanded operations to over 400 cities across the United States and Canada

OneRail, a provider of last mile omnichannel fulfillment technology, has closed a $42 million Series C funding round led by Aliment Capital. Capital from the new round will support the expansion of OmniPoint, the company’s logistics platform, and its data science and AI capabilities.

Orlando-headquartered OneRail’s AI-powered OmniPoint platform automates a company’s entire fulfillment process, from inventory selection to last-mile delivery. It uses real-time data, machine learning, and a network of 12 million drivers to optimize shipping routes, carrier selection, and delivery speed while reducing costs. According to OneRail, OmniPoint integrates seamlessly into a company’s existing systems.

“This new financing enables us to deepen our decision logic upstream, in the inventory and order routing process, while continuing to expand our last-mile fulfillment market penetration,” said Bill Catania, OneRail’s founder and CEO.

Since its last funding round in November 2022, OneRail has achieved a 254% increase in revenues and expanded operations to over 400 cities across the United States and Canada. The company’s customers include Lowe’s Home Improvement, American Tire Distributors, Advance Auto Parts, and PepsiCo. The OmniPoint platform now manages more than 250,000 deliveries daily.

“OneRail has been a key partner in our omnichannel transformation, providing a fully integrated same-day delivery option for tens of thousands of products to customers’ homes or Pro jobsites,” said Marvin Ellison, the chairman and CEO of Lowe’s.

Additional participants in the Series C round include new investors eGateway Capital and Florida Opportunity Fund, alongside returning investors Arsenal Growth Equity, Piva Capital, Bullpen Capital, Las Olas Venture Capital, Chicago Ventures, Gaingels, and Mana Ventures.

Aliment Capital invests in growth stage food and agriculture technology companies. The firm was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Los Angeles.
