Circuit, a provider of electric, on-demand shuttle services, has raised $17 million in a Series B funding round led by MKB, with participation from Tribeca Venture Partners, Impact Engine, and others.

Since its $11 million Series A raise in September 2022, Circuit has transported over 1.9 million passengers using electric vehicles. The company’s technology platform allows users to request rides through the Circuit app, integrating with public transit networks and urban infrastructure. In addition to its ride services, Circuit generates revenue through advertising partnerships, offering brands opportunities for in-vehicle and vehicle-wrapped advertisements.
In 2024, Circuit expanded its services to new markets such as Orlando, Avalon, Boca Raton, and Long Beach, while strengthening existing operations in San Diego, New York, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Huntington Beach. Founded in 2011 by CEO Alex Esposito and James Mirras, Circuit is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.
