Venture Guides, an investor in early-stage infrastructure software companies, has held a final close of its second fund with $262 million of capital. The first and final close was completed in just eight weeks and surpassed its $216 million first fund.
Limited partners in Fund II included institutional investors and large family offices and, notably, maintained full participation from all prior family office backers. The Fund II general partners contributed 11% of the fund’s total commitment.

Founded in 2023, Venture Guides has grown to 21 professionals and established a portfolio of eleven infrastructure software companies. Ten of these 11 companies co-locate within the firm’s headquarters in Boston.

Boston-headquartered Venture Guides will begin investing Fund II in the third quarter of 2025.
